The hotel was just ok. Some of the areas of the hotel were worn and tired. The front desk staff could've been more accommodating with a room style request that I made. I was willing to pay for the change. Parking was not the best. (Very Limited) The restaurants were the highlight! Great staff and good food, very convenient. One of the ladies (Hotel Manager) came out of her office reprimanding the shuttle driver in front of guests about how loud his radio was in the shuttle van. The radio was not loud at all. Even if it was guests didn't need to hear the reprimand. Totally unprofessional!

It’s always a nice place to stay. Staff is great. It’s a little worn but still very comfortable and clean. Great restaurants on site.

Breakfast excellent, two nice restaurants.

Great location, great pillows, unbelievable diner. However, the rooms are hotter than the surface of the sun and there is no AC. We were unable to sleep both nights we stayed there due to it being over 95 degrees in our room.

Badly in need of an update. Outlets for lamps were dead. Rooms were very hot.

I am not usually one to give a bad review. The room was very outdated, which really isn’t a big deal for me. The fact that our room was over $450 for one night, I expected much, much better. At first glance, the bathroom looked clean. But there were more than a few hairs in the tub, which I had to clean before I was able to use it. There was also pee stains under the seat. Gross. I got up to use the bathroom in the night, and our toilet stopped up and was inches from overflowing. Would not flush rest of time, but we checked out early. We are from Texas…. So when we were told there was no AC, we were shocked! Definitely not worth the money.

Wasn’t expecting anything fancy. The property was clean and comfortable. The diner was great and kitchen staff were fantastic!

The waiter the first night was rude but the service the next day was much better. The windows had a gap in it and the wind blew through it. The windows appeared to be bowed. The refrigerator was broken and we had medication that was supposed to be refrigerated. We were told it would be fixed the next day but that didn't happen. Not enough towels/washcloths for 3 people the first night. We had to go down and ask for towels the next day.

Great option in ketchikan, good restaurant, helpful staff, clean rooms.

This was a clean hotel with good restaurants on property. They also offer an airport and town shuttle which is very helpful. We did run into a problem with the shuttle. the timing was very efficient with airport/ferry drop-offs and pick-ups, which is the most important thing. However, if you wanted to go to town or get picked up at their appointed place we waited for long periods of time. The first time it was over 45 minutes the second time it was over an hour even with calls back to the hotel with someone saying the shuttle was on its way. The second time we ended up taking a cab back and the shuttle was sitting empty at the hotel door when we arrived. It was just disappointing to be told one thing and not being told the truth straight up. This place is located about 3 miles out of town but only a mile from the ferry to the airport.

better comunication when you call to be picked up I waited over a hour, and when I called it would not have been a big deal for the lady to tell me he could not pick up right away I would have had no problem taking a taxi
