Our room wreaked of mildew for the ENTIRE duration of our stay. No matter how hard we tried we couldn’t keep the smell or the fruit flies out. Definitely do NOT keep any food or leftovers in your room as the fruit flies will instantly multiply and attack your food. If you keep the food in the fridge and only pull it out when you plan on eating it they still attack. Rooms are super hot upon arrival due to high summer temperatures so you’ll have to immediately turn on the AC and wait a bit for it to cool down. The swimming pool is basically not useable because the whole swimming pool room also stays scorching hot due to high temperatures, we were advised to wait until after about 6:30 to swim so that the pool area could cool down. We stood in a room at the very end of the hallway next to a door that leads to the staircase so we could hear that door opening and slamming at all hours of the day and night. This place isn’t a bad spot to stay if you’re only going to stay for a day or two and you don’t plan on swimming or spending a whole bunch of time in your room other than to sleep and shower… but for weeks long stay it’s absolutely worth it to pay a little more for a better place if you’re able to. We’ve had worse experiences before but we will definitely still opt to stay at a different place next time around after this experience.

Very helpful. He saw i was in a wheelchair & asked me if I wanted a handicap room which was so helpful. Cauz I had reserved since wks before I had my injury. He accommodate to my needs.

My stay was very nice and comfortable. The hotel is very well maintained and kept up. The breakfast was very good & the staff was nice and courteous. I would definitely stay again.

Location and continental breakfast. Coming from a long trip and walked into my suite that was HOT like a sauna, I wish they would've turned on the A/C - it took the evening for the room to cool off. And the hallways were hot too. No A/C in the hallways. ..

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff is always polite and they always accommodate us with the location of the room we would like the rooms are clean and neat and the location is close to dining and shopping and right off of the main highway so nothing is hard to get to

This place was in bad condition. Bugs in the rooms, hair in the bed, floors were warped and not well maintained. Staff offered no compensation for the inconvenience of having to switch to a room which was no better. Giant cockroaches in the staircase. I would not recommend this place.

Only stayed for one night, but would definitely stay here again. The price was right and anything you might need is within 15 minutes drive. The only caveat is getting there - it’s easy to miss and Apple Maps won’t route you to the right place; you have to use Google Maps.

But this one in Katy is a old run down motel, For sure this was a take over from choise hotels , The poor man at the reception keep complaining about how tired he was, I had to cheer him on to keep doing his job.lol Lobby is nice and recently remodeled so we were happy but as soon as you turn the corner to get in the elevator (that is missing buttons) you hit with reality, old smells like bleach, old carpets , the room was no different, half ass cleaned and smelled very humid, and the LOUD AC unit in the room won’t let you sleep. We were there for an event near by so we only got about 4 hours sleep there thanks to the ac unit , we woke up early and we took off. Price was decent but not cheap enough to justify the place.
