Courtyard Kansas City Country Club Plaza

Great place, very clean and the staff is terrific. Parking is a little funky as there is a small garage in the back, but the front desk was very polite and helped me get to the right place. Make sure you pay, as there are signs everywhere that you will be towed if you don't. Overall, a great place to stay and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Every employee complained about Hilton was purchased the hotel. Employees will lose their job and replaced by cheap lab. We decide to have breakfast at the hotel, that was a joke. One bartender waits on the entire bar that entails 84 seats and three tables. We waited 45 minutes for our breakfast because the company will not pay for additional employees. So essentially management ruined our trip

Great hotel for the Kansas City Marathon!

Stay was very good.

The property itself is cool historic sweet location. The staff was friendly. The coffee had mold in it in the lobby this made my wife sick and really hurt the weekend flow because she was exhausted from this. The bed was broken in the first room then we were moved to the second room in which it was not equivalent but it was all they had left. Not great. The area is phenomenal the location is great. The hotel is a bed i guess. So all in all if you want to be sick from the coffee have a hotel bed that is equivalent of sleeping on the floor if the floor was an uneven pitted topsy turvy board. One positive they do have solid options for door dash late. As long as you can get down the elevators which seems to be hit or miss.

The Hotel is in a great location but the rooms are dated and dingey. Some of the staff were on their phones instead of paying attention to the guests.

Was ok but definitely not an upscale property.

It was ok. It has a swamp cooler chiller so things stay humid all the time. Its a comfortable stay but there is better.

The property is older but well maintained.Its greatest strength is the staff. They were uniformly friendly and anxious to help. Unfortunately, the retaurant was closed, but it is adjacant to Country Club Plaza which has numerous dining options in easy walking distance. While it is not fancy it is relaxed and comfortable and is very conveniently located. I liked it!

It's an old hotel maybe 100 years. So it has charm. But toilet didn't flush well. But it was

Overall we had a pleasant and hospitable stay. We were grateful to have a pet option, and really appreciate staff putting us in a room away from elevator and foot traffic. The workout room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and friendly. Unfortunately our room's bathroom did not have a fan. Additionally the room was very damp no matter how long the AC ran, it could have used a ceiling fan (plus a bathroom fan) and some airing out.

The location was great! The lobby bar could have been kept up a little bit better.

Great location. Walkable to restaurants snd historic plaza! Not sure they recycle but enjoyed our stay!

Good location for the museums. Country club plaza is next door.
