Staff was absolutely incredible!

Fun concept. Pool was huge with multiple areas to sit in the water which was nice. The staff was very kind. Not usually a frozen drink girl, but im pretty sure we drank like 20 pina coladas our stay. Overall a solid spot.

The ice machine was covered in noodles, our room hadn’t been properly cleaned, trash under the bed q-tips had been opened missing soap there was blood on the bathroom wall by the sink. Staff was very friendly though

Had a small issue with the refrigerator being noisy. Let the staff know next morning and they were very good about making sure my stay was pleasant. 3rd stay at this location always great and will be back

Great place to enjoy a weekend with the girls. Had a great time. Staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. Bri in the gist shop was AMAZING!!! So fun and funny. Valet staff was great and took us to the restaurant for dinner and then picked us up when we were done. Pool was awesome but the bar staff at the 5 oclock somehwer bar by the pool left something to be desired for the most part. One employee was great, but the others were not so friendly--one was downright rude to us.

Not huge deals, but for a newish property, I was surprised at how many things were inoperable.

We requested a balcony room before check in.. However we got a hall room with no view on a birthday trip. We were checked into a lower floor room with no view- maintenance was in our room working on stuff when we walked in (very akward). The room was dirty. Trash on the floor - all of our bedding had to be replaced. It was gross. I've always had a great experience at Margarittaville and was mortified that I brought friends to a place I love, to have this experience with them :/

Food is overpriced for the quality. Definitely eat off property if you can. But staff and the actual property second to know.

Margaritaville was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary shuttle that will take you places nearby. The property was very well maintained. We had a great time!

Clean room, friendly staff. Fun outdoor pool. A bit pricey. Makes you feel like you are on vacation.
