Americas Best Value Inn Kalispell

I don’t typically write reviews but this place was not good. Our deadbolt didn’t work, the bathroom door was broken- thank goodness there were 2of us bc my husband got locked in, there was hair in bathtub drain, there were dead bugs on the floor, they didn’t supply a hairdryer or conditioner and there was constant traffic right outside our window. I would suggest staying somewhere else.

not much. location I guess Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty....Fridge was unplugged. Wall was unpainted where a picture had been removed. No coffee in room. Bathroom baseboards were trashed. Coffee was out in lobby at 7am and still out at 730. Breakfast was toast, cereal or oatmeal, when another customer took the last yogurt and I asked for more the clerk said "no", very curt.

It was ok.

Comfortable bed and pillow. Room was clean. Temperature was fine. Location was okay - a few restaurants within walking distance but no sights. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. They had run out cream for the coffee.

Bathroom shower was nasty

Location was ok Was in major need of repair. Repairs that were done in the room were never completed. Spackle on the walls but not sanded or painted. Shower did not work. Way too expensive.

Nothing like; all aspects are almost bad Everything: breakfast, staff, room, location.

Exceptional

The staff was pleasant to visit with. Lobby area was dirty, breakfast was subpar, pop machines don't work, ice machine is disgusting, told me they never keep change for the laundry machines, so we had to go somewhere else to get change. The rooms are unfinished looking and halfway put together.

Close to stores and restaurants A little run down and not very clean

Location close to the airport I would not recommend this hotel. The property was very dirty, both inside and outside, and the overall environment made me feel uncomfortable. There were people living in cars parked at the back of the property, and the staff were not friendly or welcoming. What really bothered me was the morning of checkout. I had a Do Not Disturb sign clearly displayed on my door, yet about 30 minutes before the scheduled checkout time, a man who identified himself as housekeeping repeatedly knocked on my door to tell me I only had 20 minutes to leave. I was still well within the hotel’s checkout time, and there was absolutely no reason to disregard the Do Not Disturb sign and rush me out early. Between the lack of cleanliness, the condition of the property, the unfriendly staff, and the uncomfortable checkout experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others. The cost and the cold water pitcher in lobby Amenities were practically nonexistent… breakfast was minimal, vending machines empty or didn’t work, room was definitely dated as was the whole hotel.

Convenient to departing airport. Good...

Do not stay here, it is the cheapest place in town, but it was not good. Our window didn’t even lock and we were on the ground floor. The staff was fine until we raised a complaint and then it did not go well. My feet were black from walking around in the room. Holes in the wall that were patched but never painted, this place is a dump! Not worth the $600+ for 3 nights
