Convenient location. Street noise in the evening. Staff was friendly but not clear about the parking situation.

Live ukulele upon arrival. Coffee service, bikes available, great pool, laundry, gift shop.

Decent room. Atrocious parking.

We had to wait our Tropical Storm Lala at Pacific 19. The staff did an incredible job of taking care of us. We're had a partial ocean view and enjoyed the view until the storm.

Pool is a nice add on!

I love this property! The staff is friendly and professional. I always book two rooms and they always do their best to get both rooms as close together as possible. The rooms are usually clean. Sometimes they miss hairs in the bathroom or in the sheets from previous guests but that’s not a huge issue for me. Every room I’ve had has a balcony or lanai if you’re on the first floor. The A/C works great. Beds are comfortable. The bamboo garden adds a sense of serenity. I haven’t had a chance to use the pool yet but it looks nice. The location is very close to where all the Kona souvenir shops are and easy to walk to. The restaurant next door, Quinn’s is excellent. Wish I would have tried it before on previous visits but now I know. Airport is 15 minutes away. I will keep coming back.

It's not a resort; it's a hotel. There shouldn't be an amenities fee. The $25 was not disclosed by Expedia. The remodel was not artfully done in my room, but it was comfortable.

Awesome place!

Our stay got cut short due to travel disruption so we were only there for one night but the staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and very comfortable and the pool area nice and relaxing. Very much appreciated the filtered water dispenser along the hall to avoid having plastic bottles Nothing

Location, pool, staff. Resort fee on top of a hefty cost, noisy aircon, magnetic cards getting messed up every five mins

Location. Staff except for the girl that checked us in. Also had a confrontation in the laundry room with another customer about removing her clothes from washer when it stopped. They need signs. See above comment.

Clean and stylish hotel - a great location to explore Kona on foot or a great hub for all other island trips by car! There is a beach/bay practically in the backyard where you can snorkel (and see some cool fish/coral) kayak, paddle board etc. Amenities were great (pool, beach towels/chairs, bikes) but do require a $25/day charge NOT included in the Expedia prices. The view from our room was absolutely amazing (ocean and mountain). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Worth the stay, the price, and would stay here again and/or recommend this to a friend! :)
