Came down for a quick weekend with my older teen daughter and had a blast! The staff were friendly and helpful, the property was clean and wonderful to walk around. The dock on the intracoastal side goes all the way to the marina where you can eat at the restaurant “Dive Bar” which was delicious too.

My only feedback is that you can clearly hear guests in rooms adjacent to yours and through the hallways. Very nice front desk staff.

First room we were assigned had three holes punched in door and cabinet door would not stay closed. Man at front desk initially told me he’d put in a maintenance call and it would be addressed the next day. I said that was not acceptable. Next room reeked of smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. Third room was fine. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice.

This is a hidden gem. The location is fantastic. The hotel was very clean. The pillows were not very comfortable. That was the only negative about the hotel. Everything else was fantastic.

Bill at the front desk was very helpful and exceptional he knows his job and know how to get u in around town bill was by far the most amazing person I’ve ever met thank u best western thank you bill

This hotel was listed as no pets . The room next to ours had a large dog that barked throughout the night. When the staff was informed nothing was done. Even the cleaning staff were aware and would not go in the room in the morning.

Tucked in, but great location. Also very clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Pool area can be more updated, otherwise everything was great.

The staff was amazing especially bill. Everybody was so nice so well coming The location is amazing and the pool felt like a private pool we were there all night long Nothing. Simply was amazing we were there a family with three kids

I liked the location. Very close to where we went shark diving I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room, and the toilet didn’t seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
