Great location, central to all restaurants and stores. Friendly staff & clean rooms!

From the moment we walked in our room. It smelled musty! We have stayed before but this probably was our last! Also terrible breakfast
-
Easy to check in online staff and owner rude the only nice person was the old man on night shift the day I got checked in and got to my room the maintenance guy just came in my room without knocking he just opened the door and let himself in.the Refrigerator didn't work in the room there is not hottub or pool

Staff nice and helpful!

Upon our arrival in the room we had to kill a roach.😖The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke the entire 2 days we were there.

Good hotel for the budget minded. One of the beds was scrappy and box springs squeaked.

Upon trying to check in we were sent to room 222. when we arrived at room 222 our keys didn't work My wife returned to the desk and got a new set of keys, which also didn't work. Again< I stayed with the luggage as she returned for the THIRD time to get a set of keys that worked properly. While she was gone a gentleman opened the door and firmly stated the room was occupied. when confronted by both my wife and I that the room was occupied the desk clerk simply stated, "Oh, they must have rented it already. confirmed reservation or not. Only 4 rooms remained available, all smoking room. We told them that was unacceptable. We were told since they had given our room away our reservation would be canceled and all deposits would be returned. that has not happened. we have been charged TWICE for the room they rented to someone else.

Over all it was ok for an older motel. Most of time i only drink coffee, so it would be nice to have bigger cups, and French vanilla cream. My room was facing the parking lot and my window from my room was at chest high to the parking lot making me feel like I was in prison.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Breakfast offerings weren’t as good as other establishments in the area. Walls were thin—I could hear my neighbors. No outside seating.
-
The room smelled like bad BO. Nothing could make it go away. Traveling with 3 small kids, it didnt seem like something to throw a fit about and try to get another room. We just needed a place to lay our heads for the night passing thru Johnson City on a road trip.
-
Room next to stairs, do not recommend. Hallway smelled like smoke.

Horrible Noise; Very Bad Insulation! My room was on the second floor, and all rooms have laminate flooring, and whoever was above me was walking across their room in hard-soled shoes back and forth starting very early in the morning. It was very noisy! When I went down to check out their breakfast, it was a joke! All there was available was some yogurt in a minifridge, and this was at 8:15am. Nothing else available! To say in their description that they offer breakfast is a huge overstatement!!! Then again, it was cheap, and you get what you pay for!

Everything they described good about this hotel was false
