I’ve stayed at the Sonesta hotel before. Previously about 2 years ago, and it was very clean, staff were amazing!! Now 2 years later same experience. My room had one cleaning oversight, but immediately I was offered a new room. Which I declined, but housekeeping came so quick to clean up. No attitudes, no invasion of my privacy, no harsh smells. Everything was beautiful, will be booking again!!

Very practical place—no frills at all. Right next to train station. Phone didn’t work in my room and lights in room on appliances and smoke detectors kept me up. Front desk was not overly friendly but got the job done. They don’t clean while you are there only after. If you are looking for a nice, basic place to stay this is it.
