I can't speak to anything other than the terrible customer service my wife and I experienced at the front desk. Claimed 1st that there were no rooms with king beds available, even though I booked the room within 1/2 hour of arrival. Then front desk claimed the computers went down and it would take him 15-20minutes to reboot, Then recommended that we stay at their location in downtown Louisville with the clarification that I would need to pay for that on another credit card that my reservation at this property couldn't be carried over. Absolutely no attempt to accommodate us at 1:00AM in the morning.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, room was spacious and clean, plenty of parking was available. The breakfast selection could use a little help, but still decent selection. Overall really great stay (1 night).

Extremely friendly staff with great recommendations. Very close to a small downturn area we were able to walk to. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great location adjacent to a park and pedestrian bridge to Louisville. Staff was outstanding, both check in and breakfast. Plus the breakfast was exceptional. Room was large, comfortable, and full of amenities. Parking was easy for an urban hotel.
