The staff is excellent. They are very military. Family friendly property is well maintained. We will only stay at this hotel when we visit Jacksonville. Very clean and GM Evelyn is wonderful.

Within a development of great restaurants and stores, in which you don’t have to get on and off the main highway—you can even walk. Great for visiting family in Richlands.

The pool and courtyard were elegant and wonderful memories were made. ?

The coffee machine in my room did not work. I made request to get one and they said they didn’t have a spare? I stayed 3 nights no coffee machine. Room 208 the dead bolt does not work informed but did not fix. Needed to do Landry the dryer was out of order all 3 days. The ice machine on 2nd floor out of service all 3 days. Staff is friendly but I felt like I was at budget hotel.

Very clean room very nice staff the bartender opened up a can for me to bring up to my room lol of my non-dairy milk that I use for my coffee. The coffee in the room is excellent. Having a Starbucks in the hotel is fantastic.

The service at front dest they charge me twice for my stay and still haven't refunded my money

Staff was really friendly and very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Lobby and cafe was comfortable and roomy. The lack of continental breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in good hands. The gentleman that checked me in was great! My room was cleaned and the bed was comfy! After I checked out I got a call stating I left garments behind (wrong room), but I was shocked I got a call! I have never had a hotel offer to ship ANYTHING! That was above a las beyond. The clothing wasn’t mine, however I was still very impressed by the effort to return the items. I will definitely stay again!
