The pool does not work and breakfast that was advertised not available.

Horrible place. This hotel Must be demolish or they really need to do somenthing about it. The place it’s super dirty in all places except the lobby. The breakfast was only muffin, omelets and water. Nothing else no bread or milk nothing at all. I had to ask for a refund and book in all places different hotel because it was really a joke.

The location was good. It had some cosmetic updates to the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The gentleman working the desk was very friendly. There were no towels in our room. I asked around 5-6pm for towels at the front desk and was told they didn’t have any, to come back in the morning. Came back the next morning and was still told they had none. Same with toilet paper. We were also told the day we checked in that there was free breakfast, but when we went the next morning there was none. They had a beautiful pool area, full of water and clean looking…. But was closed with no reason or date to reopen. The woman who worked the early shift was very short spoken, unfriendly, and seemed forced to do the job.

Nothing Everything someone wrote on my door staff didn't do anything, staff didn't make breakfast everyday, oven broke, breakfast is from 7 til 930 when they do decide to cook, sheets dirty, they reuse the white sheets and comforter sets, eeeeeyuck! They reuse towels, eeeeeyuck! Hotel cleaning staff looks very questionable, you can tell they need better management!

Didn’t like anything about the hotel

Advertised that they had a pool but when I got there it was a sign that said it was down until further notice. The person at the counter was rude and not helpful at all.

The housekeeping staff was extremely nice. The breakfast staff was fantastic. Front desk staff was great.

Nothing Room completely filthy sheets not clean they reuse the white sheets and comforter sets they need to throw them away and they reuse towels it’s disgusting and the staff is rude also housekeepers seem to be over worked

The breakfast was good, my kids loved how good it tasted and that it was variety and not just simple things. I didn’t like that they ended breakfast at 9am instead of 10am as the time said, also the location of the ice machine from my room. Also I wasn’t provided extra towels or rags and my sheets and comforters had stains on them.

There was a huge roach on my room.

Nothing. Maybe location There were stains on sheets. The walls and doors were dirty. Splatter of something. Tv was connected properly. The stairwell and walkway were dirty. Garbage laying around. I asked for more pillows. Never received. The breakfast was cold. Over cooked. No juices. Watered down coffee.
