Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront

I mostly enjoyed the staff but once in a while got the wrong check in person, who was not as accepting as I’d like. I also don’t like giving out my license for id, but it’s legally required.

Nice room ocean front No free breakfast

Convenience of being on the beach to watch the fireworks Microwave was situated too low shower needs exhaust fan need comfortable chairs on balcony and breakfast could be better than the basic free breakfast items at other locations

The staff was amazingly accommodating.

It’s very nice hotel - the only thing is that they are under construction so there is a nice lobby to seat yet. But I’ll go back again!

Very nice room for the price. My only beef is that the room air conditioner vents onto the balcony. It made the balcony almost unusable unless we turned off the room air conditioner.

Very clean, nice and helpfulhouse keepers, great beachview. my favorite place to stay. the police monitor the area so I feel safe. And they allow my toy yorkie

Ocean view, easy going atmospher of the hotel, helpful staff, breakfast Jacuzzy was not working properly, fosset in our shower was leaking

Over priced and don't deliver what they advertise.

Everything was very clean, easy parking, easy check in with polite and professional staff Views from balcony were beautiful and access to beach was convenient Wonderful quiet area for relaxation The staff was very accommodating!!

I must say I have no complaints. Everything was superb. A little bumping from the neighbors but that's to be expected. My room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I give this place a 10/10 and I will be back with my family.
