Good Stay in a low place. Needs more security but somehow I still felt safe.

The Hotel was nice in the lobby and the room wasn’t bad! HOWEVER this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but the towels were so thin and dingy that we went to Target to get towels to use. I would normally wash the towels before using but since we were traveling I couldn’t. They were still 1000% better than what the hotel put in our room. It was DISCUSSING. Why ask for new towels when what was presented was horrible, we would have gotten more of the same. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS WESTIN AGAIN!

The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff very helpful the restaurant left a lot to be desired i personally was not impressed with the food served.

Lovely hotel !!! Decor great, service at restaurant great and valet doorman also! Loved that is pet friendly as well! Parking situation but no issues getting ticket.

Very nice staff Unsafe/dilapidated part of town; EXTREMELY over priced mandatory valet ($40 for 12 hours); broken items in room; $10 fee for WIFI despite being a Bonvoy member

The restaurant inside. Wouldn’t stay here again. Waiting almost a hour after check in for my suite to be ready. Then waiting almost another hour for towels. It has been over a month and I’m still waiting on my “partial refund” and if you ever are warranted a refund I wouldn’t recommend booking through this app either their communication is very poor.

Fire alarm went off at 7am telling everyone to evacuate, however no one communicated if it were safe to go back to room. Other than that, everything was very nice and we have stayed here multiple times with no problems and always a great experience.
