Loved the location (walking distance to downtown Jackson)!

Great location, close to everything you need, beautiful family, friendly park right across the street. The resort is clean, has a helpful staff, kitchen and living room amenities were all very nice. The complementary breakfast supplies were a nice added surprise that we were weren’t expecting.

We have stayed in Jackson about 8 times in the last 10 years and the White Buffalo Club is the nicest place we have stayed. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the gym in the same building. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Restaurant was excellent. Concierge was very helpful.

Laundry was a nice surprise in each room. Kitchen was well appointed. Great location.

The White Buffalo is a perfect location to be close to all of the activities in the City Center in Jackson Hole!

Great hotel, right in the middle of town, can easily walk to many popular places nearby. Room was very spacious and had a full kitchen and washing machine / dryer so was very convenient to cook and clean clothes during our trip. Room was very clean, and hotel has a nice gym too.

Excellent downtown location, we could walk to everything. The room was large and had a full kitchen and sitting area and small balcony. The only thing we didn’t like was the lighting in the kitchen area. It was very dim.

Great location to downtown and only 30 minutes or so to the grand Teton main gate intrance

For the price, you paying for location not a nice hotel stay. There are things out of the hotels control so I won’t nag on that. But here are some things in their control… The bed was terrible, so worn down, no cushion just but craters. For a “nice” hotel I expect nice sheets, these were so rough! The pillows were tiny, like decorative size. The plumbing was all out of wack. Backwards controls. No warning about construction so no sleeping in or afternoon naps! The fan was broken! I’d rather be out of town with a nice comfortable place to rest my head at night!

Fantastic Location. Building is a bit tired and old. we could hear the floor above us walking around and it even woke us up. staff was about as bad as it gets. no service sense. made you feel bothersome. place has potential but we wouldn't stay again

The location is the only thing we liked. The White Buffalo club is split between hotel rooms and units owned by different people sort of like a bed and breakfast but without the breakfast. The room we got was very overpriced had very few amenities, was not clean and had a musty odor. They provided a couple of towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Not even a single bottle of water for over $800 a night! The room was badly in need of refurbishment and showed its age. The front desk is only open between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. we arrived as I had told them at about 10:15 and there was no one there! We had to call a number to get into our room. Very poor customer service. Below is a picture of their sad little breakfast bar that everyone is raving about in other reviews. You judge for yourself.

Visiting the National Parks, cute fun city with lots to do !!! Hotel was very nice , we had the hospitality suite. Packed lunches for our long hikes!! And could do our laundry.

Bed and bathroom were good. Location is fantastic. Staff is underwhelming. Housekeeping was skipped despite two reminders. Carpet old and stained. Overall, good if you want a slightly cheaper option with good location.

Amenities Could not get in the restaurant to eat supper and had to leave the premises and eat elsewhere.
