The management team at this hotel was exceptional!! They took such great care of us when we had a few special requests. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their space.

Kind staff

The hotel itself is really clean, has great amenities, lovely views and good access to town. The room was tidy, comfortable and quiet. The only reason we rated this lower was that the staff seemed a little clueless, rude and not really willing to help. On arrival we were directed to the wrong wing of the hotel for our room, so we had to trek 3 suitcases around for a while until we found the room ourselves because the check in desk was too busy and there was nobody around to help arrivals. On checkout the receptionist wasn’t too pleasant to interactive with, just didn’t have a good vibe. Overall the hotel is lovely and I’m sure better staff would’ve improved our experience.

We loved our stay here but a few things weren’t quite up to par. The jacuzzi did not work and we love a nice jacuzzi when we stay at a hotel. It was heated but the jets did not work:-( Also the pool could use repainted. On a positive note, Love, love the location. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We took the gondola up to a nice dinner and that was great. Perfect, except for the jacuzzi!!

We paid the Snow King prices for this hotel stay, so based on this, it was good value. However, had we paid the Trailborn nightly costs, we’d have been disappointed. While the property has been refurbished, it appears to be cosmetic only. In particular, there is a major problem with the drains in the bedroom bathroom, causing a vile smell permanently. This needs to be rectified. The pool area was a little tired. Didn’t eat at the restaurant. Convenient location, a 20 min walk into town. Plenty of parking.

The room was less than average and certainly not worth the rate.

We were sent to a different room which was dirty and had only one bed. Sheets and pillow cover were dirty. We were lied to snd cheated. The experience was horrible.

Lovely feel about the hotel, very nicely presented, nice interior design, great rooms and nice pool area, except it wasn't well maintained / cleaned We had a major payment issue triggered by their card system, they repeatedly took chargesd on two credit cards which weren't due, and what made matters worse was the poor communication amongst staff as no one got back to me for over 24 hours... The matter was finally resolved along with come compensation, but it was very stressful and seemed to lack any real management. Also the pool was poorly cleaned... not netted in the mornings so loads of insects were there from the night before.... lunch plates around the pool not picked up so left the place messy.... Oddly we'd still recommend it as it was a great place, just a few annoying issues.

Fantastic view of snow king mountain from our balcony. Super comfy room, very clean. We were there for a concert at snow king and it was the perfect location. The restaurant and bar was great as well. A perfect stay for sure!

Good place. Had some technical issues. No valet service. No concierge. Lift elevator out of service.

Not worth the premium price and definitely NOT 5*. Rooms are super dark, beds are terrible, sheets are scratchy, showers (no tubs) are very small. The balcony is a joke. The pool is way too small for such a large resort. Front staff were rude. Housekeeping didn’t get to our room until dinner time on two of our four nights. Housekeeping didn’t replenish used amenities. Had to ask for extra coffee cups and toiletries. Highly recommend finding another resort. Will never stay at a Trailborn property again. They advertised a Military Appreciation discounted rate which was in fact considerably MORE than the rate found on Hotels.com. How is that ‘supporting our troops’? What a joke! 10/10 do NOT recommend.

The Mountain View. We thought it was located in Jackson hole ski area but it is in the town of Jackson Hole.

No one came to clean the room and when I asked the room to be made no one showed up. Soiled towels were not replaced as well

Very nice but overall service was 3 star quality, not the 5 star I expected. Beautiful area

This property was in a great location, with very useful amenities. It felt like home.

Great and convenient location

We loved everything about this hotel. The games room was excellent for kids and the pool and gym were great too. The location is perfect in Jackson Hole. 100% would recommend!
