The room was spacious. Only cons were the lights are not bright enough especially when getting ready for a party and the water in our tub (Room 415) started to rise as soon as we opened the tap. Otherwise everything was perfect. They even have a pool that seemed to be very busy. Noticed a lot of shopping and eating places right next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

And our first room were super messy like people left and they didn’t have no one to clean the room our refrigerator it wasn’t working and I was with my baby for 3 night and my baby milk was bad for the next day experience in this hotel was really upset and in top of this we had to pay 300 dollar for deposit really upset

I had a generally nice stay. The location is excellent. The hotel could benefit from more attention to cleanliness. The rooms were not properly ventilated, the couch was very dirty, and the carpet needs cleaning. I would recommend giving it extra TLC.

The front desk agent . I believe his name is Vijay was amazing. The breakfast staff Fifi was great and I would like to give a special thank you to Gabrielle . She went above and beyond and made me and my family feel welcomed and comfortable.

Very dirty room - walls, floor, carpet, couches, fridge, bedding pillow, pillow cases, sheets, comforter all had yellow stains. Very gross - mold in bathroom smelly hallways

It was very clean. Staff was friendly.

Staff was really friendly, both pools were clean. The only issue is the check in time, check out time and the time someone is able to go to the pool and have to leave the pool. Other than that this place is a really nice place to stay.
