This hotel was very clean and the suite room was nice as well

It’s not very often you find a place that is OVERALL a nice place to stay but this place was above and beyond. Every staff member was friendly and helpful from check in to morning breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurants surround the area. The rooms were clean and fresh. This is a place we will definitely recommend and will stay again when in the area. Thank you.

Our stay for 2 nights was effortless. The front desk staff was very accommodating. The airport shuttle only took 25 minutes to pick us up at our baggage claim gate. The room was typical and expected. They were quick in their response for more towels, pillows and when there was an issue with the hot water. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was just so very very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and shuttle service were excellent! I would stay at an Element hotel again in a heartbeat.

The staff are obviously better trained than most and were good. The shuttle driver, Troy, was very kind and took me to a bar nearby on his rounds. Especially as there wasn't a store. The chain is Westin so the bed was nice and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was basic but always appreciate a hard boiled egg.
