Best Western Plus Suites Hotel - LAX  Airport LA Stadium

The rooms a always exceptional!!!!! All staff at this location is extremely awesome!!! This is my favorite locations!!!!!

I want to thank Ritz for being such a great person!!! All staff are amazing!!!! I had surgery and I had to stay here for a week. She was so accomodating. I could barely walk. I would also like to thank her other male staff member who was slim and has very nicely groomed short hair that looks curled. He usually worked in the evenings or he gets of at 5p or 7p.

This is my favorite location!!!! All staff at the front desk are awesome!!! It is very safe due to needing a room key to access the elevators! That is my favorite safety guide!!!! This location has been recently rentovated with beautiful lobby furniture!!!! This is abosolutely my favorite location!!!!! Keep up the great work staff!!!

Breakfast was surprisingly solid! The room was clean and bright. Staff was incredibly helpful. The only negative comment I can share is that the (single) elevator was utter crap.

The cleaning ladies were basically making us leave keep in mind, it was not check out time! Everything else was fine but that’s unacceptable. They should come and clean after check out time NOT before.

Decent location for LAX, further than most major competitors. Good location for SoFi - is walkable. Hotel generally a bit run down.

Poop stains in toilet at check in and no AC in hallways so hallways were hot. Some of the lights didn’t work either in the room

Nothing Busy street. Couldn’t seep and old but Expensive.

Close to the venue

Wasn't told about having to pay for parking. Wasn't told what time breakfast ended. No extra bedding was provided in the room. Two of the pillow cases had stains on them. There was a medium size spider in the shower. Poor windows do not drown out the noise of the traffic. Way overpriced for what we ended up with.

The pull out sofa was not the best and got stuck needed maintenance to assist

Almost everything. Breakfast room so small that you had to wait to eat. The building is so old that you can clearly see by the cracks in the walls and the bad smell. I’m not gonna tell about the pool. NIGHTMARE! the location isn’t the best either
