Pacific Palms Resort

We celebrated our anniversary with a stay at our favorite local getaway. We had a minor issue due to a late check-in, but Ron at the front desk completely exceeded our expectations. He handled the situation with extreme professionalism and fixed the matter quickly. We truly appreciated his help and will definitely be back!

Nice spot, while it was so hot that most wouldn't have missed the hot tub, it's something I like to have after travel and was closed. Otherwise, a quiet pretty spot.

We enjoyed our stay, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful grounds. Food from a restaurant on property was good. Pool was week maintained and clean. We didn't stay for the golf. Room needed some updating but was clean.

Hotel was clean, friendly hotel staff but spa staff was rude and dismissive. Hot tub was under construction but pool area was decent. Don’t order food/drinks poolside, very overpriced. Overall, it was a good place for a quiet weekend.

Great quick getaway. Would love to be able to order room service from the restaurant, but otherwise great visit!

The hotel is a bit old but really well maintained. My room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. The food at Red restaurant was delicious. Parking is free. The only downside is there’s no microwave anywhere (not sure if this was just this hote’s or California’s thing), so it was a bit inconvenient.

Very accommodating for elderly parents with disabilities. Everyone was very pleasant.
