Really enjoyed my stay

No working A/C on a summer night. Got heat sick and had to leave in the middle of the night. Could've just been my room. A shirtless homeless man was also stationed outside the building all night-- made me uncomfortable to walk out. Also, there is no real front desk agent, merely a kiosk (like you would order from at McDonalds) with someone on the screen video calling in.

Hotel is clean, easy to access and plenty of food options nearby. Just a little weird checking in at night with a computer monitor inside of an actual human.

Nothing The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner was not cold. Beds were dirty with long hairs all in the sheets with stains The hotel offers no refunds. I left the same day so I paid for nothing

I had Expedia member discount, and booked the room. When I got there, there was no microwave and no fridge in the room. When I asked staff, he told me I can use the lobby microwave, which was very small, dirty, and old. There was no fridge.

Loved it! I've never checked in to a hotel via Zoom! That was awesome!

Near highway

Nothing cause they were over booked and I never got my room. No booking available and wouldnt change my stay dates.

Clean room, did not like the check in my skype etc

Looks like they tried to refurbish over older decor and only partially completed the project. It stills feels like a work in progress. Also, had problems with the internet at the distant side of the building.

I love coming there the only thing we was not happy was the elevator was down and not working
