Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown

Extremely convenient to the arena. Great breakfast, lounge/restaurant. There’s a great southern restaurant attached to the property. Staff is great, rooms are comfy.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about the hotel was convenient.

Best place to stay for the Fever games!!! Plus the valet is the best.

It was all wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Located just where I needed it to so I could make my first successful WNBA game!!!!

This was my third stay at this Hyatt Place Indy and it was just as great as the first time. From check in to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful. The drinks and food at the Bar were great. The room was clean and spacious. Will continue to stay there on next visits to Indy.

They do not provide complementary water, you have to pay 6 to 8 dollars for a bottle, we asked for Housekeeping to clean our room and they told us that they only come every other day. The valet parking is $58.00 per day!! If you arrive late in the evening you will have to take your luggage to your room. I will not be returning to the Hyatt Place.

Our room had stains on the couch cushions and bed duvet covers and the mattresses were old and worn.

Breakfast was good and drinks were reasonably priced. Location was exceptional. Pillows are not the best

The staff was friendly, breakfast was easily to find and has great options, and the hotel itself was super close to the Gainbridge stadium so we didn’t have to uber anywhere!

Everything. The staff, the rooms, the location, the breakfast. In fact, I love it so much that I don’t buy tickets to games/concerts at Gainbridge unless I know THIS hotel is available. N/A. It’s great.

If you have an event at Gainbridge Arena, this is the perfect place to stay.

Clean room and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Stadium and to restaurants downtown.

Need more cups in room.everything else was great

Pool was cold, morning breakfast no potatoes or eggs when we came down during breakfast time. Other wise everything was clean

Location and balcony outside restaurant Could have been better at keeping breakfast foods replenished. Ice machine on my floor was not working.

Perfect location. Right across the street from Gainbridge.

Not very clean, bathroom very outdated , shower definitely needs updating on tile. Tons of sand . Walls were very dirty.
