An absolute steal for the price. Marriott is consistently excellent and this property is no exception. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and quiet. The free parking and being within walking distance to everything downtown made the stay effortless.

35 to park 45 to eat breakfast Almost 300 dollars and you could get the same hotel experience at a hotel 8 for 150 bucks or less. The staff was sweet and caring and awesome. The hotel itself not worth the price at all. I paid 170 in down town Cincinnati and had a better room better breakfast and free parking. The staff was awesome and the facility was very well kept. All in all 3.5 out of ten 2 of those starts are for the well deserving staff.

Upon arrival in the afternoon, there was no one at the front desk. I patiently waited 15 minutes, and still no one. I approached the staff at the bar, and the nice lady went out of her way to find the gentleman that was supposed to be at the front, and she was unable to find him either. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, he appeared, didn't even apologize, wasn't even cordial, was abrupt. He gave me my key card to my room, and upon arriving to my room, the whole room was in disarray as if someone was just there or the staff was still cleaning, obviously not ready. I went down and politely showed him and told him the room wasn't ready, and he didn't even apologize nor say anything. Just gave me another room and not a word from him at all. Not only that, they didn't advise me of the parking situation so I parked at the parking garage, yet they still charged my card for parking on site even though nobody advised me of available parking or the cost.

Staff was very nice and hotel bar and food was convenient. Very close to the canal to walk.

Staff was super friendly at check in and out. Room was very nice and clean and I would look forward to staying here again.

Customer service are amazing and very respectful and always smile on face and welcome in to say I had issues with my reservation and they fixing my problems and very clean the room the only thing they won't clean the room everyday but otherwise I really loved too staying here and very safe for family i really enjoying.

Friendly staff members. Hotel had pool & gym. Bistro in lobby had limited menu items & was not included with room. Pricing is a lil more expensive then normal but the convenience was worth it.

Very clean. Up to date furnishings. Reasonable rate , 12 pm check out time was a plus! Staff at the reception desk were very pleasant and helpful. The young man at the bistro (not included in reservation, information only for future guests) was incredibly friendly and very polite. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Clean room, it has fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, good lighting, and all is needed to have pleasant stay at a reasonable price

very nice hotel. the parking lot is very nice because you are in the heart of downtown and there are only parking garages for the other hotels and we were in a large truck with a trailer. would definitely stay here again.

The bed linens were damp and mildew smelling.

The older gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. He was also there over the course of our stay and always greeted us .

The initial room we were placed in ws trashed. Looks like it was a party room and housekeeping didn't attend to the room. Trash everywhere,

the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the stay.
