I feel like it’s kind of run down, there was a funky smell in the hallway, the water pressure was awful, the bathtub looked dirty but I think it was just really worn, they provided shampoo conditioner and body wash but the pumps were broken so they were useless and just took up room in the shower,

Lobby looked nice, and the girl at the front desk was very courteous and friendly. But then our room was subpar. Bathroom smelled from urine. Looked like nothing had been updated in the room in a very long time. Refrigerator was making noise throughout the night. It was just a quick place to stop for some sleep during our road trip, so it served it's purpose. But it was definitely not one of the better stays I've had at a Baymont property.

Definitely skip staying here. Rooms are damp, musty and smell. Bathrooms are disgusting. We didn't even shower just left and showered at next location. Pool is falling apart with lots of cracks and broken tiles and basically a safety hazard. It is very obvious the owners do not invest money back into the establishment.

Breakfast and pool could have been better

I was very happy with breakfast of pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and breakfast potatoes for hot food plus cereal, and other cold foods. they were redoing the parking lot when we were there, so unfortunately, the pool was closed one of the days. they have coin operated laundry facilities with detergent available to buy the front desk. The room was clean and spacious. The mini fridge had a dedicated freezer, which was nice. there was some mild traffic noise from the highway outside, but the sound of the air conditioner covered it.

I liked my stay

AC was bad, bathroom was terrible and breakfast was bad.

This was the most wonderful lodging experience I have ever had.

Would go again

When we arrived they did not have our reservation and argued that I was wrong. Provided the confirmation number and after 20 minutes were given a room key. The pool was closed, our air conditioner stopped working, we were moved to another room. Breakfast was OK. Hard to understand the staff. Stairwell smelled like puke.

Shampoo and body wash containers were empty and food quality was marginal
-
The room had a smell to it, the hall had a smell to it, I don’t think they vacuumed the floors every day. Or have the rug and shampooed.

Worst experience ever no AC in my room roaches in my room very dirty

Everything was great. Cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding. Just needed better toilet tissue.

The experience started off terribly when I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. When I opened the door, the guest inside was understandably startled, and it was an uncomfortable and unsafe situation for everyone involved. After finally being assigned another room, it was obvious it had not been properly cleaned. The sheets smelled like urine, the “clean” towels had someone else’s hair all over them, the shower was dirty, and the floors were filthy. To make matters worse, the walls are extremely thin. Throughout the night, the guests next door were loudly having sex and screaming, which was inappropriate and upsetting, especially because my daughter had to hear it. The pool area was also disappointing. The water appeared dirty, and there were several men lingering around the pool, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for families. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the safety issue of being given an occupied room, the lack of cleanliness, excessive noise, and the uncomfortable environment, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

It was okay, rooms were pretty clean. Dead bugs though. Ring in toliet. The breakfast was not the best, but there is a cracker barrel right next to the hotel we went to! Lots of people were loitering in the parking lot drinking late at night. The family in front of us when checking in were trying to switch their rooms bc their AC was broken. The light in our room was flickering. They did allow us to get conjoining rooms for our trip so that was nice! Probably will not stay here again though.

Great room, comfy bed. Breakfast was good and replenished quickly. The pool was good and gave my grandsons of needed break from travel. There was a whole issue at check-in about the $50 damage deposit. Credit card reader wouldn't work, the young lady at the desk didn't really know how to handle it. She had to call manager. Took extra time to check-in. Why do they need this deposit anyway, they already have all of that info before check in

It had nice air-conditioning The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the water just sat there. I went to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and the person there told me all you have to do is turn the temperature up and I said I’m just asking for a blanket so she said just a minute. also, they deducted $150 from my checking account because they said that they had to have a $50 deposit. Well they took it out 3× first time they added it to the room price second time they took out $50 and the third time they took out $50. When am I getting my money back $150

The room was clean, but only had thin blankets on beds. The on Checking was not friendly at all. She was in a big hurry and we were the only ones checking in at the time. Could have been a language barrier. Not a comfortable environment for us. We are older and need to feel safe and I did not
