Beach Inn - A Huntington Beach Motel

Property was poorly maintained in the rooms with peeling paper, visibly soiled linen to include bedding and towels, and pictures of the room were misleading of the quality. The room walls are not great for neighbor noise. Other guests slammed doors from 10:30pm to 3:30am which was highly annoying and no management on site to address issue. I would recommend avoiding this property and spending slightly more on a nicer accommodation. Very disappointing property and stay.

The price was right, and it was a clean, quiet stay. Loacation was amazing too - not far from beach, near good restaurants and shopping.

The front staff was very nice and the house keepers were as well. It was very quiet and peaceful for being on a Main Street, I would definitely go back

Staff were quick and polite and the room was cheap. The parking lot was filthy and had broken TV's and shopping carts in the corners. Room was damaged, gross and had an unpleasant odor. Bed spread was clean but had small stains throughout. TV was damaged and covered in gunk and had a big on it upon entering the room. Walls were filthy and missing paint. Shower had little pressure and was also gross and door to bathroom was damaged around frame.

The room was clean I got a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes. If it didn’t smell so strong like cigarettes I would’ve gave a 5 star.

I didn’t like that you had to hand them $50 cash for a deposit. They had their own ATM for that so on top of the room rate the service charge from my bank and their machine was unreal. I do not understand why they couldn’t take it from my card like other hotels/motels

The room had a terrible odor like mold. There were fruit flies flying around in the room. I don’t know how this place had an 8.0.

Bed was comfortable, location was great but I killed a cockroach in the restroom after waking up the next morning.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE AT ALL. I WOULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. THE FRONT DESK SAID THEY WOULD REFUND ME 2 DAYS BUT EXPEDIA HAD TO CONTACT THEM IN ORDER TO DO SO. WELL THAT IS A BIG LIE. WHEN EXPEDIA DID CONTACT THEM THEY DID NOT REFUND ME. THE FRONT DESK SAID THAT IT WAS MY PROBLEM THAT I HAD TO LEAVE FOR A FAMILY EMERGENCY NOT THEIRS , AND THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED FOR THAT MANY DAYS?4?

Everything was great, clean room, parking was very convenient and the WiFi. The unfortunate thing was the pool was closed due to maintenance.

I liked the location. The room could be a little cleaner. When I requested more linens, there was a limit.

There were roaches throughout the property which is fine. But once I opened the room door they scattered. Reached out to Expedia and this was no help they just reached out to property manager and nothing was done. It was late and couldn’t book anything else

For being right next to Walmart and in and out and facing Beach Blvd, super quiet and calm comfortable vibe here. Couldn't have asked for more than that, it's priceless.
