Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey Near The Park

Great spot

Front Desk staff was great. Breakfast felt substandard even for a Hampton and was not replenished in a timel

We had purchased 2 queen bed room. Expedia over booked the rooms and we lost ours to a down grade. They could not right Expedias wrong. We wound up with the worst pull out bed no fitted sheet, i had to ask for pillows, and it was right on top of the air conditioning. Worst night's sleep ever there was a hole in the center of the mattress. Lesson learned.I will never book throughE xpedia again

We had a lovely suite with two queen beds and a pullout sofa/bed. We did have to ask for bedding for the pullout and pillows and the sofa and mattress were rather old. The property (and room) were very clean and the front desk staff we interacted with was extremely pleasant and helpful and offered suggestions for our stay in Hershey, PA. We would definitely return to this property in the future.

We had an amazing staff member. She gave us a great room after our room wasn’t ready at three. She gave us some goodies for it. She was wonderful for the whole stay. Loved the room. Very quiet

This is a clean, nice hotel

Don’t stay here to save money. Not worth it. Shame on Expedia for allowing this. We took our grandchildren to Hershey. Thankfully they are too young to realize the issues. Hair in the hard boiled eggs. No room service. Insufficient towels. Hair in the tub. Gagging. We should receive a refund.

Overall, we had a good stay and everything was fine. The only issue was that the window blind would not open. We asked the staff to fix it, but unfortunately, nothing was done.

Decent

Our family of 4 stayed here as part of our trip to Hershey Park and loved it! Great value in terms of space for everyone, proximity to the park and included breakfast. Bonus was the view of the park from our room on the odd side of the 3rd floor and walking to the ice cream place.

The room was clean, and the hall carpet was being cleaned when we arrived. The staff were helpful and polite.

Third time is a charm. We pick this place every year we go to Hershey. Great location and spacious rooms. Very big breakfast! Nothing

Distance to Hershey park Far from convenience stores for needed items

The breakfast was excellent with brewed coffee. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was in convenient location for what we wanted to do. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had 2 rms, one was fine except sticking toilet handle. Other room had issues w shower head and shower curtain rod was crooked so shower curtain kept sliding open. Issues easily repaired. Having said that, rms were clean, and beds were very comfortable.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We came with s small group and we're able to get rooms next door. Pool and common areas were very clean and maintained.

Everything was great besides the fack that I found drops of blood on out bed sheets

Hotel was super close to park, and restaurants. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. Suites were roomy and comfortable for a family of 4.
