Wyndham Houston Sugarland

Came for a two night stay, went to check in and found a sign saying the receptionist was helping another guest. After waiting 30 minutes we realized there they would not be back. Found another hotel for our stay. You get what you pay for, and with this place its nothing.

Great place Location

Nothong The room was a mess. Only 1 towel , no lights above the sink, the towel holder in the bathroom was down on the floor. The telephone was not working. There was no coffee making accessories inside the room. The staff did not respond to any of our requests. The breakfast was sloppy and cold.

Pete did not give me back my deposit upon checkout.

My room doesn't have a cool air, the bathroom faucet was so hard to turn on, and the chair with by the table was so low, it was hard to sit in it and do something on the table. I asked the from desk about it and he just told that all of those are normal.

Service was not at all what I was expecting from a Wyndam. This one only gave us 1 large body towel and a floor towel. There was no Kleenex by the sink. The shower nozzle was leaking water when in the on position. The breakfast was not great as well.

Good Everything is Ok , only the bathtub sound like leaking

This is was a poor experience, the lobby was hot. The staff was not present. The elevator was hotter than the lobby. The shower didn't work. We stayed one night and left. I would not suggest this location to anyone.

The location was perfect. The staff very pleasant. The pool was clean. The guest laundry is coin operated and front desk has no change ability. Fitness room closed, bar and restaurant closed. No facial tissue in rooms. Had to ask for extra towels as they only gave 2 .

It didn’t look to clean staff poor interaction parking was ok AC a little bit noisy and too old rest room a little bit dirty no Refrigerator and not Microwave oven

The room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. They told us as we were checking in .

Breakfast was not what I was told or expected. The check in guy didn't know anything about the area and was on his phone every time I passed by the front desk
