One of the best Embassy Suites we have stayed at. Irma at Happy Hour was fantastic! Breakfast was delicious & the crew serving & cooking up fresh omelettes were amazing! Rooms were quiet, clean & comfortable. Spacious parking!

Staff always asking if they can get you anything. Wonderful folks. Big breakfast smorgasbord with a cook if you want an omelette or fried eggs ect. There is a lunch buffet menu in elevator for the week. Housekeepers do wonderful job of plenty of towels or whatever you need. Parking is safe Very easy to check in. I would say at this property you get more than what you pay for. Very respectful and Hilton honors members are greeted with a bag of stuff when you check in. Very quiet property. Higher floors on backside have a good view south of George Bush Park, not the freeway...

We always enjoy staying at an Embassy Suites Hotel. One thing we have noticed with this one is the pool has not been cleaned. This is the second occasion and we was disappointed about that.

Breakfast was excellent! Enjoyed that I could have eggs cooked to order, even an omelette. Distance to Katy Mills Mall was great! The options for happy hour on Thursday and Friday were not as good as the options on Sunday - Wednesday.

When I flush the toilet and made a jackhammer type sound until the tank refilled with water, but other than that everything was pretty good. They had a lunch buffet for $12 that was all you can eat.
