The Hotel Hot Springs

What's clean, bed was comfortable.

While the staff was very friendly, my room was not clean and, when I requested them to clean, the job was not really done...the shower and bathroom were not clean. The dispensers in the shower were not working.

I stay here often, and always appreciate the cleanliness, comfort and accessibility.

I didn't like the fact that they charge $15.00 for breakfast that is not worth it.

Perfect hotel if you’re going to enjoy Hot Springs. They have a shuttle and staff is really friendly and helpful. Nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel is well maintained and has useful amenities. The location is very convenient to the main entertainment district for strolling, shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

My wife and I stayed for a quick anniversary weekend. The hotel is in a great location with paid parking nearby. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. My only real complaint was the ice and vending machine didn’t work on our floor(or other floors). So I started going floor to floor to find machines that worked. After my 3rd stop I found a working ice machine. None of the vending machines worked anywhere. They do have a kiosk vending area by the main lobby desk I found after 30 minutes of searching. A bottle of water was about $5. I would stay again for the location and price of the hotel, but bring your own ice and water.

Location was great as it was walkable to Bathhouse row and many restaurants. Also found a freeway nearby that starts across the street with a lot of artwork and sculptures and goes to the nearby farmer’s market (only on Sat). The ice machine did not work on our floor but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was not included but is now $15 for a good but pretty regular breakfast. Parking garage is a block away and I was told there were electric chargers there. Well they were there but not really working. Thankfully the front desk told me about free chargers at the visitors center 2 blocks away. There was plenty of free street parking and free Regions Bank parking across the street so didn’t end up using the $15/day parking garage.

The room was clean and the AC worked great. The bartender was very friendly and provided great service. The valet was very helpful. We used the hotel shuttle to go and come back from dinner. It was convenient and no waiting. Wish there was a pool as advertised in listing.

The staff were friendly. They would answer all our questions. They had a van available to pick us up and transport us to other places. Highly recommend.

I booked for friday, arrived Thuraday 11pm the guy at reception showed me my error, but didnt even check IF they had availability for one extra day. Didnt bother stop me from leaving. So I left went to another hotel and canceled my booking with the hotel hot springs. Your app is not very helpful either. Im going to stop using Expedia.

Hotel was amazing! Only complaint I had was the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary breakfast. It is $15 per person

The whole room was clean, but the beds and pillows were OK and also toiletries were not refilled properly and the shower was OK so the overall experience is a decent stay for the decent money but if it is overpriced, then I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
