It was clean room , pool and laundry. Breakfast could have been a little more.

Breakfast is just so so. Otherwise, good stay.

Main issue with our stay was the staff. I went to try and get extra towels was rudely told that I had to bring in my dirty ones. It would have been more convenient to be told this at check-in so I didn't have to make an unnecessary trip back to my room. Ran out of toilet paper and was rudely asked "Do you not have any in your room. The lady working the front in the evening discovered I was a smoker and told me "You didn't tell me you were a smoker I would have put you in a different room. She never asked me if I was a smoker and I wasn't aware someone who smokes outside has to disclose that. When I told her I was respectful and would not be smoking near the building. Staff could definitely use some training in customer service.

Room was fine. Staff was cold, not very welcoming.

Small — older drive up motel. Clean rooms, great ac, and comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

The room itself was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I love that there is no carpet in the room that made for a more comfortable room and sleep. The drug addicts were up all night screaming and yelling and fighting. When I first arrived I couldnt get to my room due to the fact there were about 15 kids sitting outside of their rooms with chairs and blocking the walkway.

The room was nice and the employee who was there when we checked in (as well as the next morning) was super helpful. Very positive experience.

Clean hotel in Hot Springs. There are not many options for breakfast, and on weekends it is only until 9 am, but the staff is very helpful and allowed my daughter some cereal after 9 am.

Can’t beat the price and location is real close to downtown (bathhouse row). If you’re looking for a place to primarily sleep and grab a quick bite for breakfast this is your place. The staff is incredible and truly cares about your stay and trip to Hot Springs. They give great recommendations and great general info that’s useful.

Lady at the front desk was lovely and had some great recommendations! Breakfast was included. Beds were comfy. Location was great for us! We like that it was out of the main drag. No protein options at breakfast.

The breakfast is not to goog.

It was in a convenient location for visiting the waterpark the following day. Just a very old hotel with minimum updating. The beds were uncomfortable.
