Good hotel in great location

Decent stay for the amount paid.

The open pool, vending machines, washing and drying machines were easy to use for long vacation, the water dispanser saved a lot of money. We were happy while we leave, the staff were kind, and the cleaning of the room and the hotel was very good.

The staff was very helpful and kind to us, we stayed more than 20 days and whenever we ask for cleaning or clean towels or so they did what we asked for. Thanks to all staff with their smiling faces.

Overall it was a nice stay. The onsite parking was limited but there is a garage around the corner that we could park. You just need to get the voucher from the staff.

The hotel is close by the Ala Moana and all the popular stores. Very touristy area. Everything is really close by like Waikiki beach. Staff were helpful and nice. I received what I paid for.

The hotel is very nicely located and walkable to the beaches of Waikiki. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay in Waikiki

Location was convenient and staff was nice. Air conditioning didn’t work properly and it was really hot each night, beds weren’t that comfortable, and parking was ridiculous coming to over $200 for 7 days.

I’ve been travelling around the world for more than 30 years. This hotel was the worst I’ve ever been. Expedia shouldn’t recommend this place. Staff were terrible. Hotel is dated and dirty. This place should have been shut down….

The property was conveniently located with a bus stop right at entrance and easy walking to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and enjoyable; fitness room small but adequate and on site laundry came in handy. The lobby and first floor were very attractive and even though the upper halls and individual room were a little outdated, it was clean and comfortable. A great value and would recommend staying here.

Great hotel and amazing location...steps away from the hilton hawaiian village. Large room, super clean. Value for money. Bus stop is also just steps away. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fast easy checkin process. Close self parking with access to my car. Clean and spacious king room with sitting area. Outdoor sitting area, longer pool hours. Bonus: we had a later flight time and the hotel allowed a late checkout for minimal fee. Laundry room and vending machine opens to pool and is hot and humid, snacks in vending machine were melted.

Good A/C You need to offer continental breakfast

We came in just after the Hurricane Lala hit the island. The power was out, the elevator was down, people were trying to book extra nights. It was a frustrating, stressful situation for the staff. And despite all the problems, they were kind, courteous, tried to meet all the customers at their level of frustration with a smile and as many options as possible. Once the hotel was back online, all of the staff from the front desk, housekeeping were friendly and always asked if we need anything.
