OUTRIGGER Waikiki Paradise Hotel

Everything was amazing! We had a late flight out and they accommodated us by allowing us to use the pool and a courtesy refreshment room. And also storing our luggage for us for the day.. We thought we were going to be wondering around for hours but it was like another day of relaxing.

This was a very nice hotel close to the beach shopping and dining.

Value for money accomodation in the heart of Waikiki. All restaurants and shopping street walking distance from hotel. Good pool and day beds - super relaxing. No food option in the hotel itself but restaurants just outside and of course option of uber and or going to Main Street to eat

Clean hotel with a great location

The location was good, the hotel quite nice in general and the beds were comfortable. We had paid for a Waikiki view room - and got a view of a multi-story carpark instead. The bathroom had pubic hair on the floor when we arrived. The toilet was not properly secured to the floor. The shower is extremely small and a strange shape - making it difficult to wash your hair unless you're leaning up against the wall. The room doors slam instead of soft close and you can hear every single person come and go from their rooms on your floor, day and night. The guest/tour service desk was not in a position that you readily noticed when you arrived, and we didn't realise that service was available until our second last day. No mention of it at time of check-in by staff. I made a call overseas from my hotel room of 20 minutes duration and was charged $165 USD!!! Extortionate rates to say the least - given there is no way the telco would have passed anywhere near those fees onto the actual hotel.

Very well located. Very clean. I stayed twice: at the beginning and at the end of my Hawaiian journey. The first time the room was perfect. The second was just behind the elevators and it was very noisy.

Off the Main Street of Waikiki and the beach about a block but just around the corner from International Marketplace that has many excellent places to eat.

Perfect location in the middle of Waikiki a block from the beach. Safe. Clean. While building is newly renovated. Nice rooms and bathroom. Great pool and hot tub and gym. Overall great stay. Would def unitedly stay again

Great hotel for your Hawaiian Vacation. The staff is GREAT, and close to everything

The pool is small although most people don’t go to Hawaii to hang out poolside! The fitness center is not 24 hrs

Great location for shopping and surfing No in-house restaurant

The pool was the best part.

Daily cleaning was great

What I enjoyed most about my stay was that it was near everything.
