Great location, friendly staff

Staff was very friendly and facility was clean

Things I didn't like: You have to pay for microwave. You have to request for a table. No table in the room. We learned on day 2 from the maid that a table can be requested. Would have been nice to know this upfront. At the front desk during check-in. No blower in the bathroom. No hand towel ring. We had to hang handtowel on the cabinet door below the sink. Room was good for 5 ppl, would be good to have 5 towel holders/hangers. For a $447-$500+ a night room, the above are basic yet not part of the room. I hope they can make these accommodations in the near future. You are paying for the location. Not for the basic needs in the room.

The hotel was amazing. The location was perfect. Staff and amenities are all you could ask for.

Alex welcomed myself and my daughter with excitement and enthusiasm. He was helpful informative and full of wonderful ideas of things for us to do. Our room had a beautiful view and when Deemer brought our bags to the room, and was so kind and offered us even more helpful information and ensured that we knew where all the amenities were in the resort. We had dinner on our first night at Monkey Pod and our waiter was Adam he was efficient, offered great menu suggestions and ensured that our glasses stayed filled and we enjoyed our meal. This was our first time in Hawaii after having to cancel our trip twice in the past 6 years due to weather. We were not disappointed in our stay. The entire Outrigger Staff went over and beyond and I cannot forget to mention Le Ann in the flower boutique who not only helped us pick out our leis but also helped us picked out gifts for our family and friends back home. We will definitely be back and I will recommend The Outrigger to all my friends. Thank you for an Amazing experience!! Nothing

Beautiful People ....Beautiful Place

This was our fourth time here.and it never disappoints. The food is amazing and the views from their restaurant can't be beat. The location is the best as well as the staff, pool, and cleanliness. It is hard to stay anywhere else when you want to be in Waikiki.

We were pleased with everything!

The position was perfect for the beach and also for the shopping area. The facilities provided were very usefull. Swimming pool, restaurants, beach towels, shops, all is there to make your stay enjoyable.

Location is amazing, both restaurants are fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved going to see Auana and the hotel activities. Our little boy loved it! You can’t go wrong! We love it here

Property was very nice and modern. Would have been nice to have had more than one water bottle fill stations in the lobby. Also, the loco moco at the grill was very disappointing.

We had a wonderful two week stay! The hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Resort itself had very nice rooms, nice views, updated. It also had one of the biggest pools and had a couple hot tubs which was nice. Monkey Pod was a nice restaurant which also had great breakfasts and beautiful views!!!

We stayed in the one bedroom with sofa couch ocean view. The room was twice the size we expected and the double-balcony provided amazing views! Service was great, staff was always friendly, and we even survived hurricane LaLa without issue. The only criticism I had was the rooms appeared to be recently remodeled and the seams where the tile & hardwood met the carpet were not smooth as several staples stuck our feet walking between thresholds - should be an easy fix for management.

The room I stayed in was very nice. I had two nice balconies in my room and a king size bed.
