The property itself was decent. The location was good and had easy parking. However, there was a lot of shaved hair in the bathroom from previous guests. Also, a worker came and knocked on my door randomly in the morning and asked me if I called an uber & I told him no and I thought was odd. A couple seconds later he came knocking on the door again. I didn’t answer right away because I was creeped out as a woman there with my child. He continued to knock and wiggle the door to get in. I sent my husband to the door instead and the worker then accused us of smoking, which we were not and there with my 2 year old. It was an extremely uncomfortable and creepy experience.

The room was very neat and clean, smelled nice the bed very comfortable, the kitchen area very usefull, no complaints at all

Check in was easy we had to type in a code because we checked in late. Right outside the rooms is a court yard there were people smoking right by the rooms that's all you could smell. Found out it was the help. Bathroom is small including the shower. Showerhead is really low so not good for people 5' 4" and taller and the water pressure was terrible. There are no shelves to put any of your toiletries on. Water from shower gets everywhere. Great location from the beach but a long walking distance from main board walk area. Allowed us an hour late check out but didn't seem happy about it. Floor was dirty and there was black hair in the towels and linens. Good size kitchen counter with two burners if you wanted to cook. Didn't look for pots and pans don't know condition. Good price for being right by the beach and a quick night sleep.

I have stayed here twice and each time the room was perfect. It's super adorable, comfortable and crazily convenient to the beach, which is less than half a block away. The bars and restaurants walking distance from your door and you cannot beat the price! I highly recommended the Tiana!

Great location, only thing there’s no front desk for physical help, we needed toilet paper, they only left us half a roll and no replacement

staff was great and the room was clean, a/c worked great, and bed was comfortable! cannot beat the price and is a block from beach.

Enjoyed my stay. Will definitly be back. Room was clean and pretty .A lot of places in area are outdated but this room was up to date and gave great modern beach vibes . I will definitely be back. Loved walking right out to the beach everyday ..just a few steps away. Thank you
