The latch to secure my door was missing. When I requested the staff to switch me to a more secure room they indicated that they had no idea which rooms had the security mechanism still. For a person travelling alon, I will stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel quality was good for the price. The room was very clean. Our room was recently renovated and had a large and new TV. The bed was comfortable. The hotel felt safe and is in a good part of Hobbs. Our room's AC unit was fairly loud. The ice machine outside our door was also somewhat loud. An outside garbage can next to an side entrance door was overflowing during our stay. The mgr contacted me later and told me this wouldn't happen again. Despite some noise, I slept great.

Extremely friendly staff! Good, safe location. Short drive to stores and restaurants. Quiet. Clean. We stay here every time we visit Hobbs or Carlsbad.

The room was clean and bright. Didn't have a hairdryer in our room but the helpful staff got one for me. (They are normally provided) They were pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed our stay!

Rooms and all property smells weird. Nasty smell including elevator.

In before it was time for me to check out unless I was staying multiple days and I asked for cleaning. Why come in before check out? What if I was sleeping? Showering? I wouldn’t book this place again because of that.
