The staff were really friendly. Make sure you get down to the breakfast because they run out of crêpes by 9:20 and it stays open until 10. They have more towels in the room. The staff could come by the road more to get the trash

It is clean, modern, spacious, the breakfast selection, the evening snack... I like everything about this property and they made our stay relaxing.

Unfortunately, the hotel lost water pressure when we woke up the next morning. No showers that day and no offer to make it right.

Complimentary Breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted good. Bar tender on the evening we arrived could be a little more friendly. Over all great stay.

I have stayed and Embassy Suites in the past and this one did not meet the same standards. The bed was hard the pillows were old and flat, the coffee in the room was not replenished when we arrived not during our stay, the counter was left dirty in suite after housekeeping left, the lobby had left over beer bottles and the breakfast was terrible with staff standing around. There were also linens, towels and dishes left in the hallway every night we were there. I was disappointed and not impressed. I will stay else where on my next Portland trip.
