A Good Place to stay.

Very spacious rooms and excellent attentive staff. Comfortable beds. However the property had a lot of wear and tear. Our ceiling in the bathroom was torn and the headboard was ripped up. And the fire pit was broken

My stay was ok. I made a reservation for 2 queen beds room. I asked for them to be 2 connecting rooms so my party can be together. The front desk was not able to accomodate us. They couldn't even put us on the same floor. We were a floor apart. We checked in the evening and the lady at the front desk mentioned that the hotel was fully booked. Why was there only one person at the fron desk if the hotel was full booked. When I checked in and asked for more towels I was told that I had to come back down to the lobby to pick up the towels as they didn't have the support they needed to bring them to my room. I came down for towels and to buy water and I had to wait more than 10 minutes as the one front desk lady was helping another guest. While I was waiting another business guest came to check in and had to wait even longer to be helped. In one room - the room was very hot and stuffy. The AC unit was not working and took a while for it to turn on. That room was missing a floor lamp and the phone didn't work. The second room was a little better temperature wise but the tissue box was empty. There was no soap or other ammenities at the sink. I am not sure that I would stay at this hotel again.

Staff was amazing and the place was incredibly clean but it’s slowly falling apart. Peeling wallpaper, towel hanger fell off the wall, shower handles pulling away from the wall. Just needs some improvements but overall a great place to stay

The beds were actually quite comfortable and the food for breakfast was helpful with some kiddos who needed to eat before the rest of our trip. The staff were polite and courteous which you don't see much of anymore. Minus the few hiccups, it may have just been our room, but for the price, it was fine for one night.

Liked the room setup and bathroom. Perfect for family of 3. 20-25 mins from Hershey Park. Nice location. Pool was small and no Jacuzzi.

Minor, but some things could use replacing, especially the hall carpet was looking a bit nasty. Our headboard was cracking and chipping. But overall great place. I recommend staying here

The woman at the desk didn't really think our issue was important enough. Bath jell bracket kept falling off the shower wall. Maintenance NEVER showed up or acknowledged the issue. We mentioned it twice to this woman and once to a gentleman who said he would personally come up to try and fix it, never showed up either.

Clean room

Room had some areas that needed fixing (lock on door, sink very slow to drain) and I was told house keeping would come every day as long as door hanger was not out, well 3 days and they never cleaned my room. Breakfast was OK but super crowded. Pool is small but sufficient.

We were promised an additional night at the hotel and then were told there were no rooms. We had to check out and find another hotel.

The hotel is dated but it can be old and still be cleaned properly. This was a health hazard. I came from CT with 3 kids and had spent an exhausting day in Hershey Park, I wanted to shower and crash, instead spent 2 hours cleaning, the kids were freaked out and I was grossed out and knew I could not relax unless I eliminated a few of the problems.
