Roaches.

The staff is nice and helpful but the place is nasty and wouldn’t recommend. It’s sad when even a 7 year old says I’ll sleep in the car, this place is scary.

The room was mostly clean, the tub was bad and the bathroom overall needed a good bleaching, there are no chairs in the room, no tables other then the end table, the pool is down and that was a big bummer because we book based on amenities that we want. The door jam was cracked as it had been kicked in, but im assuming it was an arguing couple as its not an unsafe area, the locals are super friendly. It was a good stay for the price but had a lot of cons. There were dead bugs in the microwave panel though I didnt see any living bugs the microwave was still a no go. It was freshly painted and the beds where clean, just seems like new owners are working on fixing everything but things take time.

The Motel 6 is in a safe location in Hagerstown, not very far from some malls, restaurants, and stores. I slept comfortably at night and the location was usually quiet. I enjoyed having the fridge in the room. I also thought the pricing was reasonable. I needed to come to Hagerstown for a work opportunity. Staff was quite helpful and courteous. There was a party one night as some people were enjoying the spring weather. I believe they were quiet by about 11:00 to 11:30.

Okay I stayed here twice the first time was horrible bad or non-existent amenities i.e. shower gel or shampoo stuff like that. Asked the lady at the front desk if she had any and she could not have cared less if I had or needed anything else she already had the money. later that night after I went to get something to eat the cops were there and arrested a drug dealer. Many people there live there full time. looked and felt like a tenement in a slum in NY. I will never stay there or any other Motel 6 ever again. Expedia need to do a better job of screening their hotels

You should change your advertising..there is no pool ..it has been covered up for years

Beds extremely uncomfortable and the noise level from other guests at 7 am in the morning was a little unsettling.

The shampoo conditioner in shower were empty

Roaches all over the place didn't get moved for 5 days. Rented it for a week. Laundry facility was out of order. The internet was shoddy. The other room had no heat and roaches in that room to. They even gave me roach traps? Really! Im a guest, not an exterminator. It's no wonder they leave the light on for you, God forbid you turn off the lights. Only had housekeeping stop by 3 out of 7 days. Worst hotel experience ever.

Exceptional service and great value. Very convenient area near shopping and restaurants.

That the first room they gave me wasn't clean so they had to move me to another.

Affordable and convenient. I didn't need amenities.
