The amenities were old and falling apart. Non smoking room with cigarette holes all in the sheets & comforter. Smells old.
-
Convenient location for my client. Safe and friendly staff.
-
Bathroom door would not close and latch. Vent in restroom was black with dust, possible mildew.
-
The water pressure and temperature kept changing on its own. You have to quickly turn it off and turn it back on a couple of times.
-
The room could have been cleaner. Mold around the tub and spots on the wall. I should have taken a picture but i was already exhausted from work

It’s in a good location. Everything is in distance: food, gas and shopping. I’m thinking the housekeepers aren’t paid that much. Because the rooms aren’t clean. Pillow case look dirty. Mirrors haven’t been wiped, behind bathroom door wasn’t swept. Also air conditioner just cooled the room. You couldn’t put cover on.

For some reason, the floor stayed damp! It was almost like it was “sweating”! This was definitely un-appealing and give it a 1 star rating!
-
It was in a good spot in the city The room was nasty, the shower had roaches in it, my sheets on the bed was dirty, I didn’t have a remote control to the tv, one of my towels were dirty like somebody used it

I have been staying hotels or motels for more than two decades I have never thought that people would make a place like this and call it a hotel to scam people. I was traveling with children and as I was the only driver at a road trip I was exhausted, but I still kept driving because I would never sleep a dirty place full of bugs and half cigarettes my money was never returned and Expedia did not do better either in that situation if you read this much of my message expect bugs and no air conditioning.

Floors were drenched in water.
-
My first room had blood on the sheets Second room sheets were brown bathrooms were dirty
-
Terrible area to stay in, homeless people living in ice machine cubby. Rooms absolutely filthy, black mold covering ceiling vanity table ECT air conditioner terrible, beds had grit in them. Changed rooms several times and each one was filthy and something didn't work or was missing. Had to ask for a shower curtain. People running the place were nice but the place needs to be shutdown!!! Highly unsanitary. Do not bring kids here!

Location
-
Location was easy to get to Room reeked of pot!! We didn’t bring our luggage in due to the fact that we didn’t want our clothes to smell. We slept in our clothes we were wearing. Sheets were stained and had burn holes in them, ended up sleeping on a towel.
