Our room was very dated with needing noticeable repairs. The bed was very uncomfortable and the frame was very noisy. It is within walking distance to the beach and a good location to local spots for sweets. You get what you pay for. For a budget hotel it was okay. The staff at the front desk were great.

The staff during check it was very nice and accommodating. Once we got to our room the ac unit was leaking in the room on the floor I requested another room and there was no problem getting another room immediately. The remote to the tv did not allow the volume to move up or down and the phone in the room didn’t work. That was a disappointment however the location was my main priority. Being directly across the street from the beach made the difference for me. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and still recommend it to others.

The hotel is in an excellent location and half the price of other lodging nearby. We've stayed here several times. The rooms have a good-sized refrigerator and a microwave. We always had hot water. The sheets were clean and good quality. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The rooms and bathrooms really need updating. The mattress is worn out and needs replacing, but the linens were clean. We stayed for three nights. At check-in, the clerk told us that the towels would be replaced, the garbage emptied, the coffee restocked, and the floor swept daily. If we needed bed linens changed, just ask. On the second day, we returned from the beach to find housekeeping had not serviced our room. We caught the ladies on the landing, and they brought towels and coffee and took the trash. The lady handed me the broom (the floor had sand from the beach) and asked, "You sweep??" So I swept our room.
