The staff that we spoke to were helpful. However, there was a meeting in the conference room that was being used for seating for Guest for meals. This meant that for two days, Guest had to scramble to find places to sit with tables either in the lobby or elsewhere. I am my husband found this to be very inconvenient and poor planning on the behalf of the staff. The guest should be the priority not the staff that we’re there for the meeting.

Pros: friendly staff, easy to come/go (we had two concerts), awesome included breakfast, nice rooms.

Great staff, felt brand new, clean, super comfy bed, great space in room! Close to Fiddlers Green to Uber for concerts!!

Location was great

I didn't like that. When I checked in I was told that there was a $15 per night parking lot fee. Only to find on the second night of having to pay, there wasn't a spot available in the parking lot at all. My room also had a spot on the floor that was gum or sticky so every time I walked on it with my socks it would stick

The breakfast is standard continental fare. This is fine but not what other reviews say. The lobby smelled terrible the day we checked in and our room smelled like mold the entire stay. We will book elsewhere next time.

In the morning we were shocked to see a letter from the property saying there will be water shut-off for for the day ( for few hours) but I was late to see that letter and the dropped at door without informing us. By the time I saw that letter in the morning water was already off. Second issue was with breakfast, the area where breakfast served was blocked for sitting and there were no proper enough space available to sit and have the breakfast. Few people were sitting on the floor while having the breakfast. I was not expecting the such inconvenience that too with Hyatt brand. I will not book this hotel ever again,

My daughter wasn’t feeling well so I went to get ginger ale. I enquired at the front deck the nearest store. The gentleman asked me what I was looking to buy. I said a banana since this helps calm down her stomach. He went into the kitchen and brought me back 2 bananas. That is what I call going above and beyond. There was construction going on and nice that the bottled water was free. Just another convenience that I enjoyed. I wish I had gotten the person’s name that helped me so I could put it in my review. Location was great, close to highway. Room was huge, clean, comfortable beds. I didn’t use the gym but it had sufficient equipment and looked clean.

The room was clean, no smells. The pool was good, some dirty spots but not horrible. There wasn't a hot tub. Breakfast was amazing. There was the $15 parking per day which was a minus especially since parking was not that easy and in the back of hotel.

Parking is in the rear of the building. The staff was helpful. The hotel is renovating the bar and breakfast dining areas.

My room was very spacious but the bathroom and sink area were very tight and small. But the beds were comfortable and living area very nice

The bathtub water was clogged. The corridor in the ground floor smelled like dead mice. The reception lady was very rude.

The perfect stay. A most pleasant hotel.

Super clean and friendly place for the family to enjoy. Breakfast was good and pool was clean. We really enjoyed our stay the rooms were spacious and homie. Would love to stay here again!

Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was edible and free so I can’t really complain. The only disappointment was the pool area was old and run down. The bottom of the pool was stained badly with what may be algae but I didn’t dare get in the pool other than dangling my legs. It could definitely use some work.

The structure of room is wired, and also not clean.
