Aloft by Marriott Greenville Downtown

Room was very clean and ready an hour early when we checked in which was a bonus! Staff was very friendly and helpful and parking rate was very reasonable. Love the ice coolers on the floor - makes getting ice a breeze. Very good experience here!

We’ve stayed at the Greenville Aloft a few times and have always had a great experience. The location is enough to get us back but the staff is always extremely kind and accommodating and the property is clean and modern. Parking is available and affordable in an attached city garage. We love Greenville Aloft!

Would never recommend this hotel. The front desk manager is the rudest person I’ve met such that we took the time to contact try e corporate office to complain about her.

Great location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept up with the cleanliness of not only my room by the entire hotel which is something that stands out to me. I do like the key card access to the garage for parking. The social hour in the bar was pretty nice too 😊 had me two stepping.

The hotel staff was amazing! Five star in my book. The only thing I would have changed is that pool towels were better stocked. There tended to be none left towards the evening.

This was a very last minute booking- it’s a very tiny space and 1 night would be enough to deal with tight space. Other than that - location perfect- parking easy- and staff at front desk outstanding

The amenities of the Pool, are not what the pictures are. Pool is super small, like for Kids, and Pool deck area as well. Decided to not get in and just go walk instead of having a pool day. Location thou is great! highly recommended. Is right on the strip were you can walk any direction and is close to all the restaurants and the Heart of Downtown Greenville.

First stay at Aloft. Satisfied with room, location, and personnel.

Great location in the middle of everything. We were able to park at the site and walk everywhere. Staff was attentive and helpful. Such a cool vibe. Room was quiet. I’d definitely go back.

The communication prior to arriving was excellent and a nice surprise. Upon arrival we were greeted by a smiling staff that explained some important local information we were unaware of. The hotel and our room was great. We enjoyed an evening at the WXYZ bar and had a great time talking with the staff. Can’t really beat the location either. Wife and I agreed we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

It was fine for a short stay. Very skimpy on things like coffee ,creamer and sugar. One cup, One creamer per person. Not enough . Other than that it was fine. Served its purpose. Comfy bed and linens.

We enjoyed the hotel, but I always have difficulty trying to use the Hotel Parking Card to get out of the parking garage. I know it sounds like it should be straight forward, but the instructions I received from the hotel desk (twice) didn't work. The hotel said, "Just call us, if you have any difficulties getting out of the garage". Well, that's not so easy when 5 cars that are behind you blowing their horn for you to get out of the gate area. You should make this system much easier or just let hotel guest park in another nearby garage which is more easier to operate and not change them the $10.00 parking fee. Another idea would be for the instructions to be very explicit about how to use the card, (is it the card only or is it the card and the parking ticket, etc...).
