O.Henry Hotel

Tyler and the other porters are fantastic at their jobs, though it hurt my heart to see them dressed like it was 50 degrees out amidst the brutal heat & humidity. It would be lovely if they could lose the sweater vest and long sleeves and have more suitable summer attire. The only downside was I had to use my cell as a Hotspot to access wifi for my tablet, my dad's laptop, and our Amazon fire.

The rooms were well maintained, with a full complement of amenities and great mattresses. Very, very enjoyable stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel and restaurant.

This is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. The restaurant was having some maintenance done, so I didn’t get to enjoy the room service breakfast that I normally would have. It’s one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. It would have been nice to have known in advance

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are lovely and very comfortable. Green Valley Grill was delicious.

The room leaves much to be desired. Outdated furniture, oddly set up in the room, some of the toiletries in my room had already been opened and used, and the fitness room was very small and not set up well. I would only stay here again if the other two hotels were not available.

Cleanliness Not a big deal but tv didn’t work

The room was fantastic. More than we could have ever expected. So clean and very spacious. Breakfast at the Green Valley Grill was so good. I had the Applewood smoked Quiche. Very delicious. Could easily be shared! Huge bar! I can’t say enough about the staff. They went above and beyond our entire trip. My only complaint, I was not able to stay longer. Looking forward to my next visit!

Comfortable elegance. Would like valet. Being extremely picky here…blow off the chairs in the courtyard. This is in my opinion 5 Stars as the proof is in the people and this location was perfect on my book.

It was great except we did expect condiments, which we are used to getting at most other places. We got none in our bag. Couldn’t get bathroom speakers to come on. Maybe I needed to ask for certain plugs?

A lovely property! Everything was terrific, the location, the comfort of the room, the wonderful staff, the food! Any time I'm anywhere near Greensboro, I'll go out of my way to stay there again.
