Days Inn by Wyndham Greensboro Airport

This place should be closed down. The picture on line and actual rooms do not match. It was so bad I didn’t stay I felt safe sleeping in my car than that hotel.

There is zero breakfast as the photos show. They had coffee and dry cereal, no milk and that was it. They said they had taken away everything else.

The pool was filthy and couldn’t be used. The tub was filthy and room smelled like feces. The microwave didn’t look safe to use. My door lock barely worked. The breakfast was a bowl of raisin brand. Not worth the money at all.

She checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and even helped us get another room when we needed one. Her kindness and customer service truly made a difference during a difficult time. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were okay and had what we needed. I really appreciate the way we were treated, and because of her, I would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the area. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and cared for! ❤️🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms were subpar in cleanliness and one had a malfunctioning A/C unit. The staff was very helpful in helping get a refund but I will not be staying here again in the future. Not safe for families.

The pool wasn’t opened the whole reason I booked

The room had roaches. I purchased roach spray. The room had unfinished repairs (blue tape around the borders).

I did not stay here because the property had an additional 100$ deposit requirement which was not stated online when I booked. So I am fighting for my refund of 72$ back! Misleading and unfair!

The property is located near the airport, you're going to hear planes flying overhead. It didn't bother me, but if you're a very light sleeper, this isn't a good place for you. The price was the lowest of all the places in Greensboro and High Point, but I felt it was about $10 too much based on the external appearance of the property.

No safe handicap access. Breakfast provided was only cold cereal, nothing else.

The room was nothing like the picture the tub was filthy and broken the room smelled and had stains on the sheets I will never stay with them again

People were terrible and rude and did not help at all.

After we checked in we went to take our granddaughter to the pool. The pool was closed and no one had informed us it was closed. It was a long trip and was really looking forward to getting in the pool. It should've been on website and we should've been informed before we got there. This was like false advertisement for saying there was a pool and then there wasn't. They didn't even tell us at check in that the pool wasn't working. Very poor business dealings. I will never stay at a days inn again and will not recommend to anyone.

The front door of the lobby looks awful, as does the lobby itself. They are a dog friendly property, but they had the nerve to ask for a $100 additional deposit. The pet fee is $20 per night. I have been an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel, and I can tell you, this is the most property I have ever seen DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel brandishing a well kept site but the actual spot is not at all aesthetic. The ac unit barely worked. The shower had soap left in it. The bathtub had a ring and dirt. There were also people loitering that were not guests. A lady approached my son in the car and asked him for money smh. I definitely will not be going back.
