Tundra Lodge

I would go back again. My granddaughters had a very good time which was important to me. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Two couples stayed in a 2 bed room. One mattress was super hard and the other soft but it worked out for us, I don’t know about others. Water park was fun. Lambeau was so close to walk. We had a blast.

Helpful staff at check in and it was quiet. Ed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure, all things that will make or break your day.

Always fun to stay here on game day! However, our room was missing blankets for the pullout and the shower container for soap was empty. The arcade was a blast, but bathroom in that area was not clean.

Bartender clearly was anxious to close and annoyed that customers were lingering after the Packer game. As we walked up she was waving her hands and saying no and making slashing motions at her neck. A simple “we are closing” would have sufficed.

Everything was great. Great room n great staff

We have stayed at the Tundra several times. We have always had a great time here. While the Waterpark is not the biggest it has enough to do to keep the kids entertained and busy for hours. We have ate at their restaurants and they are also very good and reasonably priced. The lodge is located near several places in town that and is easy to get to. We come here about once a year and will continue to do so.

Great stop with the kids to enjoy the perfect Waterpark!!

Overnight staff was rude, A/C was not working upon entering, room was very hot.

Clean room nice check in staff

We loved the water park and the staff were kind but our room was filthy. I brought this to the attention of the staff and asked for a different room as the blinds were broken meaning we couldn’t even open them, the door handles were broken, there was visible mold in the bathroom, counters were still dirty and so were the carpets. They stated that wasn’t an option but offered to have the cleaning crew come while we swam. When we returned to our room hours later it still hadn’t been cleaned so I took it upon myself to clean what I could. At this point the manager offered to either come clean or to give us 100tokens for the arcade. We opted for the arcade tokens as it was already getting late and my kids were tired. I was disappointed with the room but the rest was fine. I do have pictures if needed.

Water park was great kids had a blast. The arcade was fun too. My only complaint is the rooms were filthy.

I would say a very nice place if you have kids that like a waterpark and an arcade close to Lambeau Green Bay Packers Stadium. Green Bay is a very nice town we have been there many times.

Poor customer service, the people at the front desk do t ever want to help, not a good place to stay at all!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The waterpark area was very clean, and staff there were kind. Pools and hot tubs were the perfect temperatures. Great place for families!

Absolutely a great place for families. The staff was very helpful and the room was as advertised. The only thing I missed was a quiet outdoor place to sit and relax to get away from the aforementioned family for a short time .
