Great budget and always a warm welcome 🤗

Check in and parking were easy. However, the whole hotel has quite a smell to it, especially the second floor, a bit like litter box. The room was very run down, broken furniture, rusted microwave. The walls are very thin so if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. The free breakfast was yogurt, fruit cup, and coffee. The coffee was good, even if there was a weird sign about not using your own thermos/mug. It was very clear that many people live there full time. Also, the hotel only charges $60 a night, but I paid hotels.com $100. Don’t book this hotel, and if you do, call to book instead of paying all the fees on hotels.com

There was nasty looking carpet on the floor, which we were told had been cleaned that day and would be damp. On one side of the bed, the carpet was soaked wet as if water was leaking from somewhere. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. At the entrance there was very old carpet that was coming up off the floor. We did have a microwave and fridge in the room which was convenient. We went out to eat and when we came back, there were police at the entrance and the lady who had checked us in was sitting outside. There were very strong cooking smells in the hallways.

Nothing to day

I reserved and paid for a basic double room with two beds and when we got to the room, there was only one bed. We were informed that all their rooms were booked for the night. They offered a twin size rollaway to be added to the room, but having four people in our party, that was not doable. After informing us that they were booked out for the night, they suddenly had another single room available that we could pay for for the night. We were told that if we decided not to stay, they would forgo the nonrefundable policy and refund us the next day. I later received an email from expedia.com stating that they refused to give the refund. Additionally, the moment we opened the door to the room, we were met with a stench that smelled of a cat’s litter box.

A budget friendly option for a quick get away in Great Falls. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was simple with prepackaged food.

The hallway smelled poorly, new carpet should be replaced.

It was very central, and the staff were extremely friendly You could smell marijuana and cigarette smoke in the hallways

The room I had was missing the carpet where it met the linoleum in the bathroom, so super sharp in the feet, the line oleum was lifted around the toilet didn’t even step into the tub

Room is little old, some switches not working properly. But staff are super nice and helpful. and the surrounding is quite and nice.

Stay here quite often . Only issue no hot breakfast this time even though they did have a quick grab and go.

Windows didn't lock and door lock was broken. Fire alarm also didn't have a battery

The room was clean and adequately layed out. The property though is very worn and in need of an update. We were on a motorcycle trip, so it was fine.
