Not enough toilet paper and when I asked for some they gave me Kleenex at first. Clean rooms and pool.

Great overnight stay and experience.

In the first room I had, rm 214, the phone and TV didn't work, and the bedding was unclean—specifically, the pillowcases had hair, food and dirt marks on them. Also the second room, rm 218 I had smelled of mildew and the sheets had a foul odor to them, i politely asked the front desk for a change of bedding that i had to try and configure myself. These issues presented themselves between check-in around 7 pm and persisted until 3 oclock in the morning. I barely slept and wasn't able to have quiet enjoyment during my stay at your property.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also in a decent location. Could’ve been cleaner but overall not too bad. The photos absolutely did not match what I encountered. The shower was an outdated capsule, the shower head was dirty and rusty. Manager blamed it all on Booking and Hilton but they know exactly that they’re doing false advertising. The beds also weren’t Queens, they were full-sized.

Our handicap room was taken. We were offered another room that had a walk-in shower. However, the seat was 6 feet away from the showerhead. There was no handheld shower. There was no coffee pot in the room. The staff and the manager were very professional and kind. We did not make a complaint. The breakfast was very good. Overall, it was pleasant.

Love the staff. Air conditioning was good. Could use a microwave and needs some work in the bathroom. No where to put your stuff but on the shower floor. Yikes. The room was clean though. And everyone was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was nice.

We stayed here for one night and it was okay for the price for the one night. We booked a room with 2 queen beds but we were definitely given a room with 2 double beds, so that was upsetting. We also had a spider on the ceiling and then another big bug on the floor (alive). The shower came with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, although the shampoo in our room was empty. The rooms are also quite small, we had 3 adults in the room and it was a bit tight, but for the price we paid it was okay. The location is good, close to anything you need. The breakfast is underwhelming, just bagels and cereal, but better than nothing. The front desk staff were good and always there when we needed something.

Staff was amazing! They allowed us to check in early and were super helpful and friendly! Hotel was super clean and the continental breakfast was great!
