Great place to stay if I ever come back to Grand Rapids I’ll stay here again

The indoor/outdoor pool was very relaxing!

The pool was amazing, but very cold and the hot sauna was perfect! Although I stayed from a Tuesday through Friday, I did not see the tiki bar opened at all near the pool. Overall, staff were super amazing front desk. Staff were knowledgeable room service was accommodating!

It had been a while since I was there. The updates are nice; they now have a bar near their outdoor pool! The room was nice, but the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The staff was very apologetic and gave me points to offset the inconvenience. Overall, great place to stay.

A kid pooped in the pool so we couldn't use it, the doors were beat up could use a fresh coat of paint staff was great tho, just wish the facilities were better.

Great pool, wonderful service at the restaurant and can’t bet having a Starbucks downstairs!

Room was clean but they didn't stock it. Only had 1 towel, the body soap had barely anything left, the shampoo was empty and none of the garbage cans had bags. The AC unit is VERY loud in the room and so loud outside that the balcony is unusable. We only stayed over night after a concert so it wasn't too bad but we didn't use any amenities. It would have been nice to have a complementary breakfast but it was my fault I didn't realize they didn't.

This is a good value. Nice sized rooms. The facility is nice with pool, poolside bar, and restaurant. Needs a bit up tlc here and there but for the price it's a good option.

Room was nicely appointed but needed better vacuuming and under sink in the corners needed cleaning, visible hair in corners. Should consider wiping walls where others have spilled coffee product near table. Overall nice stay and would return.

This was our first time ever staying at this hotel and it was wonderful and awesome experience and the decor is beautiful. We will recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.

The hotel is very large. The indoor/outdoor pool area was very nice. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

convient location, indoor/outdoor pool was nice, our bathroom was in the middle of some minor damage/renovations. Front desk staff were friendly. Restaurant seemed understaffed was unable to get breakfast went off site.
