DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Grand Rapids Airport

They oversold rooms - so my two night reservation that was booked months ago was canceled and I ended up having to spend twice as much for my stay. Really disappointing and makes me want to stop using this service.

They blankets were not white also i was told the beds have full mattress cover meaning the mattress should be in a bag. I had 2 beds they didn't have the mattress in a bag. I don't like that some sites say this place have free breakfast.. if I had known I wouldn't have stayed make sure you guys always check the beds.. I also hate the out of date carpet. That carpet may have bugs i wont stay again

Disappointing

Not to mention, pool hours having no real adult only hours was kinda annoying, and that’s not to even mention the lack of enforcing rules when it came to a whole soccer team being extremely disruptive in the pool area. For a more luxury hotel, it felt more expensive of a stay than what it should’ve been, considering that you have to pay more for a room with a fridge and nearly a $50 extra if you wanted the hotel breakfast… going to a Holiday Inn would’ve been about the same quality at a much better price with more amenities.

The cookies were very good it was a welcoming surprise I did enjoy my stay it was very nice staff was friendly. I didn't have any conditioner we tried to use the conditioner that was left in the bottle but as trying to get it out it got disconnected from the wall so that was kind of a bummer

It was very clean My clothes were stolen from the room and no one is contacting me about it.

Staff said all the rooms were booked but they weren’t so I booked one online. Otherwise staff were sweet and the pool and room was great!

Decent location. Breakfast is a 15 dollar buffet and you have to walk the length of the building for free coffee. No refrigerator or microwave in the room and the ice machine was not working on our floor. We will not stay here again.

The property is well maintained + clean. The team were engaging and ready to help us have a great experience! No complaints
