The facility was relatively new. Rooms were very small. Staff was amazing. The restaurant on the top floor was marginal at best. Better off eating at the numerous restaurants in Grand Junction to enjoy.

Way over priced for a basic average room. Clean, yes but the shower pressure was very weak, curtain/shade broken, A/C control unit would not work correctly in our room. Not a very pleasant stay. Staff was not very helpful. Will not stay there again.

Exterior patios and hot tub area needed a little attention to cleanup and weeds. Otherwise it was very nice.

Everything is wonderful at this hotel. It could be improved by having bathrobes in the rooms. Unfortunately we were unprepared for that

We had a very nice stay at The Maverick. The staff was great, very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Free coffee at the cafe was very appreciated in the morning.
